Can't find a way and use the too often - it's time consuming to go each time trough the menu.

By system bar do you mean wbar?
I don't find it very time confusing to go System Tools > Screenshot.
There are other options, such as:
- screenshot.sh can be run from terminal or window manager run box
- download and install scrot, which will give you command line options,
including countdown delay
- best option might be to install grabber, which has a desktop icon that loads
nicely in wbar, allows taking shot of entire screen or selected area

Thanks for the endorsement. :)

The directory /etc/sysconfig/tcedir/ondemand contains scripts for loading extensions On-Demand. Each script that has an icon (PNG image with .img file name extension) will be added to WBar when launching the desktop (startx).
This feature can be used to add custom icons to WBar.

Is the img-file in the same folder as the script? any size req for the image?
-
Yes, same folder.
I think 48x48 pixels is the default size for WBar icons.

@aug9: windowshot.tcz has a wbar icon if interested, take full screenshot or individual window screengrab.
