Title: LLVM/Clang for Tiny Core 5.4

I am giving this a shot, but I'm not that confident in my abilities.  If anybody can help out with this I would appreciate it.

The last time I tried (following the blfs instructions) clang did not want to build, but llvm was OK.

I didn't try too hard, maybe you could use blfs as a starting point?
