Been working in TC 4 a bit and noted the following mirrors are down or dead:

Double-checked the broken mirror links again today - still down.

Realize TC 4 is dated but the maintainer is listed as roberts (aka Robert Shingledecker, founder).

Don't want to step on toes, should i PM roberts first or just proceed to update?

Edit: Unable to contact roberts. mirrors.tcz was updated and tested. Will submit. Thanks.
