				Hi,
looking for a very simple tool to view and crop pictures. Nothing more.....

			-
				mtpaint?

mtpaint?
maybe...yes but can't find it in the tcz's

			-
the problem is that mtpaint will not build against libpng16 unless somebody knows of a patch?

			-
compiling from git solves the libpng error, but it doesn't want to compile against gtk1  :(

			-
single file, static linked ..... i look for it ;-)

			-
what i need is to take screen shots (using scrot) and crop the area i need for documentation

			-
gtk1 version of mtpaint posted - a very useful looking addition to beaver, emelfm and gtkfind  :)
There is a screenshot tool built into tinycore - click on the desktop then SystemTools/ScreenShot

Please take a look at ImageMagick. As far as I remember there are command line graphics util out there.
