How to open .hta apps in firefox or any other browser. When i open in firefox it say save file or open with any idea please

Sir i want to open in tiny core plz few lines how can i run .hta file i see the website you suggest to me but i dont understand how to run .hta file

Check what is inside. Most probably it is WINDOWS specific.

lots of '.hta' info within .

Hta will only work on M$ with InternetExplorer , perhaps if you realy want hta on linux !? you could try runing IE mshta.exe with wine and some things might work ? but i guess most 'system' stuff will fail .

Was also surfing for an answer. Then opened hta under linux (Debian 7, browser google chrome Version 47.0.2526.106).
Works! Opened automatically in Chrome
Not sure if wine is needed.
It is installed on my system.

Opera9 also can open it.
For firefox try to change the extension to htm or html because the win version will ask the question as well.
