in order to make it working I added the following lines to /opt/bootlocal.sh:

cp /tmp/tcloop/e19/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/enlightenment/utils/enlightenment_sys /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/enlightenment/utils/enlightenment_sys
chmod +s /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/enlightenment/utils/enlightenment_sys
rm /usr/bin/enlightenment_start
cp /tmp/tcloop/e19/usr/bin/enlightenment_start /usr/bin/
