Title: minor recode.tcz pop-up error when browsing Apps in TC-6

Selecting recode.tcz from Apps browser results in the following pop-up notification. Screenshot attached.

Yeah, the c in "Francois" seems to be ISO-encoded. I see it was translated correctly though.

We don't currently have a spec for what should be done for non-ascii characters in info files.

Thanks for the explanation. I won't flag this error popup should i stumble across it again.
