Title: copy mercurial

Copy mercurial to tc6. Curiously even though it works here ldd is complaining:

ldd hg
./hg: error while loading shared libraries: ./hg: invalid ELF header

sounds like a dep from the x86_64 repo is in tce perhaps??

hahaha, it's a python script of course!
sorry.
It only needs python and openssl, both versions provided by tc6 work with this old hg out of the box.
