Hello,
just tried TCL , great piece of work !

however since everybody is moving away from appache and running into nginx, the lack of php5 cli and php5-cgi, makes it useless

Hi!

You can try to load the php5.tcz from Core 4.x into Core 5.x to see if it works.

If everything is OK, you can post your success and the extension will be copyed to the 5.x repo.
