Title: small window managers and freedesktop files

I have made icewm to ignore the entries that are labeled "Settings" to prevent things like the Thunar settings menu show as the name "File Manager" and execute "thunar-settings" to hopefully clean up the menu in the window managers.  Those .desktop files will not show up in the small window manager's menus.  Also I have added the using the command line arguments in the .desktop files like "minitube --previous"  to not show up as name "Previous" and fail.  Though minitube fails when called rightly as "minitube --previous" it's custom .desktop entry stands.  But hopefully this will prevent some failed importing of .desktop files in other apps.

Please test icewm and if it is good, I will adjust the other small window managers menu routine to the same.

Openbox fixed, as well as making desktop.sh update openbox menu if it exists to keep from having to reconfigure openbox each time you startx or add apps.
