Tiny Core Linux

I'm generally happy with Tiny Core Linux as it is, but are there any plans for a version 6 (or even 5.4)? Or are the various dCores going to be the main emphasis?
-
There are a couple of fixes queued in git for 5.4 and we're working towards tc-6.x
-
Thanks, Juanito.
I like standard TC (it's the only distro I use at home, besides fooling around with dCore and occasionally stealing time on my wife's Windows PC) but I've been wondering what its future is. A number of the original developers seem to have departed and the conversion to 5.x has been much slower than previous conversions. Glad to hear there are on-going plans.

Juanito
How can we follow the plans for future versions of Core?
Can we give suggestions and contribute with something?
-
All suggestions are welcome :)
-
Nice!
Can we see somewhere the goals discussed for future releases?
-
It's all still in flux, but so far looking like beyond the usual kernel upgrade it will have FLTK 1.3 for easier utf-8.

Any plans on having alternative GTK and/or Qt base apps? (to be installed later from the repos)

What do you mean, alternative to what?
-
Why? I don't see any gain from redoing any of the apps in another toolkit. Only more work for the ability to use some theme.
-
Yes, and consider the size of a Gtk+/Qt infrastucture.

Alternative to the default X apps made with FLTK. And by alternative I mean a version of the the same FLTK apps to be avaiable in the repos made with GTK/QT for better integration for those who use graphical interfaces.
-
I'd really like efl based apps
-
Gtk, Qt, efl are not part of the base, just extensions. You are welcome to provide tools up top your taste :)

I will provide my webDesktop as soon as possible!
Maybe the GTK, QT and others in the next year!
