Title: Persistent static IP
Post by: bn3232 on July 13, 2014, 11:41:41 AM
There is a save option on "Control panel" > "Network". So after restarting, the IP address is the one that I set.
But in console, I use ifconfig command to set IP, and restart with backup option, but the IP is not saved!
How can I save the IP address set in console?

The network startup script is in /opt. You need to edit the script and do a backup.

Maybe you find use in Lee's script.
