Hi amiramf
You need to spend a little time reading about how Tinycore and persistence work. Here is an excellent source:
http://tinycorelinux.net/book.html

Php is not available for Core 5.
Apache2 and php5 are available for Core 4.
Please read the docs listed on the top of the home page.
Core is not designed for scatter loading applications from tar files.
If you need to install from a tar file, you should create an extension for that application so that you can install it at boot.

I said, twice now, that php5 is not in the Core 5 repo.
I did NOT say that apache2 is not in the repo.
