Title: on iMac 2008 tc 5.0.2 sound works, tc 5.1 does not

Previously with tc 5.0.2 created frugal installation sounds fine when operated with tc 5.0.2 cd.
The same installation works also with tc 5.1 cd, but no sound.

Created a new frugal installation with tc 5.1 only for  alsa sound downloads alsa and alsaconf, but neither of them can even be started with aterm

On my hardware just installing the alsa extension is enough for everything to work - note that you will need to use alsamixer to un-mute the sound.
