Is there a adobe air tce available for TC?
Or can I make a adobe air tce pkg?

Can I distribute the Adobe AIR Runtime on an operating system if a version specific to that OS is not provided?
No. Distribution is permitted only on operating systems for which installers or packages are provided. You can only redistribute the Adobe AIR Runtime on Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems as outlined in the redistribution agreement license.

Possibly something similar to the getFlash and similar packages could be done

when i run adobe-air installer , it said only for rpm or debian based linux.
Adobe AIR could not be installed because this is not a supported Linux distribution. Only RPM- and Debian-based Linux distributions are supported.
still trying to make it works..

flex is available and is just an unzip and run scripts - no installation. I use it on Arch linux.
You can configure vim for actionscript syntax highlighting - and vim recognises the mouse so it's not a total nightmare to use.
