im curious to know if there is an iso of tiny core 4.7 preloaded with every extension..all tcz/tce and scm/sce.. and if there is how would one obtain it??? thanks :)

I doubt that.
I think I've read recently that there are about 12 GB of tcz extensions for 4.x .
No idea about scm.

You might be able to create a bigger iso using ezremaster.

Also many extensions are incompatible and the system will not function with them loaded.
