Title: TC4 -> TC5: missing extensions

Shocked to find that most extensions I used in TC4 are not present in the new TC5, I'd like to ask for their inclusion in updated form:

-Links 2.8 (CLI should be usable)
-Opera 12.16 (TC4 only had 12.12 and only as an scm extension)
-MuPDF 1.3
-VLC 2.1 (while TC4 had 2.0.4, it did not enable Opus support, so support for Opus should be enabled this time)
-NetSurf 3.0 (could wait, since 3.1 should be out soon)
-Dillo 3.0.3
-Transmission 2.82 (preferably with a GUI; TC4 had that only as an scm extension, IIRC)

Additionally, I would also welcome extensions for the following programs not present in TC4:

-xombrero (lean web browser allowing for enhanced security settings control; https://opensource.conformal.com/wiki/xombrero)
-Cone (text-based mail client; http://www.courier-mta.org/download.php)
-Aegisub (subtitle editor; http://www.aegisub.org/)
-mkvtoolnix (working with Matroska containers; I don't remember whether this was In TC4 or not; https://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/)

You could just download, untar and run Opera 12.16 tarball as provided upstream.

Have you tested any of the tc-4.x extensions you mention in tc-5.x?

Note also there's an existing thread for the transfer of tc-4.x extensions to tc-5.x.

i successfully tested these missing extensions for TC5:

icecat
ipager
pdnsd

following extensions seem to work fine for me, perhaps you want to double-check:

acpid
cpufreqd
cpufrequtils
laptop-mode-tools
