Hello

when running tinycore with just RAM and no HDD or thumb drive, is it possible to make an online
web backup of your TCL system.

Is it then possible to kind of drag back that"remembered system" from the network into
your fresh boots of TCL from CD disc?

Please read the network booting section in the WIKI.  It describes several ways of backing up and restoring over the network.
Since Core is a toolkit, there is nothing preventing you from doing what you want with some programming effort on your part.
