Title: Can't edit tce.openbox.xml

I'm trying to edit /usr/local/tce.openbox.xml, and even though I have the file correctly entered in filetool.lst, it loses my changes on reboot.  If it is a link where is it linked?  -Thanks. Sorry if in wrong place.
