Title: croat.kmap questions

After setting up the croat.kmap successfully I found out that there is a problem. It does not include all of the special characters on the keyboard.
The č, ć. ž and š are missing. Only the đ works. Any ideas? I don't exactly have the time to play with it currently so I would be gracious for any quick fix of that matter.
