Now posted a simple README-gcc.txt on how to iimport and setup build-essential, the compiler suite for armv7hf

Also posted in the armv7 repo is fltk-1.1.10-dev.tcz used by the fltk programs in Tiny Core.
Tested by compiling several fltk programs.
