And I have it running on a 1G CubieBoard.

Remove the spaces above to see a screen shot, this forum software won't let me post a hyperlink. and I can't figure out how to upload an image.

btw thanks to hlavery for http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,14130.15.html
There were a couple of rough edges, bot I got it going with out too much hassle. Of course that's because of all the good work that the other members of the TinyCore community do on a daily basis, I only get to play once in a BlueMoon(tm).

Great!
(I just figured out the image posting thing myself
..the button under the B-for-bold button inserts some text bbcode delimiters
... copy your image.shack.url in between the two ] ... [ )

Thanks a lot folks.
Now on to figure out some of the rough edges, and get a newer kernel running.

BTW, if you are seeing a bit of slowness, try doing the following:
sudo echo 600000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq
The default in the supplied kernel is 60000 (60MHz) and while that might be good for battery life, performance is poor.
600000 (600MHz) is much snappier. The default governor is ondemand, but the latency is a bit high.
Alternately you can:
sudo echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
which will bump the cpu speed to 1008MHz.

While the helpful advice on posting images is appreciated, I recommend bringing this thread back on topic.

I was the offending party Rich is alluding to, but an edit failed to remove attachment so post deleted

Hi aus9
There were no offending posts. It was just a gentle reminder before this thread drifted too far off topic.

Tiny Core works on both Allwinner mk802 original 512MB and also the 1GB.

Please keep this on topic. It is Allwinner A10 devices that belong here. Thanks.
