I have an HP T5550 which has 2 DVI outputs, and I have hooked up 2 HP W2072a DVI monitors that can run up to a 1600x900 resolution. When I boot the Windows image that ships on it, I get a desktop that spans both monitors. I have tried Tiny Core 3.7.1, 4.5 and 4.7 and cannot get dual monitor mode to work. I have tried using Xvesa as well as Xorg and tinkered with tons of different /etc/X11/xorg.conf.vesa configurations. Either the monitors are mirrored, or one monitor works, but the other monitor displays an error that the requested resolution is out of range. In both cases, the best resolution that I can get is 1280x1024. Has anyone got an idea on what I might be doing wrong?

cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf.vesa /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Add
etc/X11/xorg.conf
to /opt/.filetool.lst and do a backup.
Make your changes to /etc/Xqq/xorg.conf.

I have copied /etc/X11/xorg.conf.vesa to xorg.conf and I have been saving this between boots and X still doesn't recognize my 2 monitors and spanning them both.
