Title: [4.7] [fltk bug?] appsbrowser/scmapps usability issues

On bigger displays, the "Apps" button becomes wider than the text label it holds.

When this happens the only clickable part is the text part. Clicking the blank space to the right of the text on the button does nothing.

This doesn't apply to other widgets in the appbrowser.

Same behavior is observed in scmapps. This could be a fltk related issue.

It has been brought up before. It is an fltk issue.
