Title: aspell may need an update (well actually a dev file as well)

I sent you a pm on 2 Nov   so forgive my impatience
 
Are you able to build an aspell-dev package as I need such for updating weechat which is no longer maintained by its maintatiner

I am happy to have a go at being maintainer of aspell and related packages if you like?
