Title: fuse.tcz: add udevadm to tce.install script

Do you think that the point made there about adding

udevadm control --reload-rules
udevadm trigger --action=change --sysname-match=fuse
to usr/local/tce.installed/fuse makes sense?
Alternatively, do you have an idea about where the problem with fuse-dependent apps lies?
