Hello,

When i restart my tinycore system i lost all the datea in my /opt dir is there a way to save the data in the /opt folder

When i restart my tinycore system i lost all the datea in my /opt dir is there a way to save the data in the /opt folder
Create an opt directory on a storage device and then use boot code opt=storagedevice.

For example a usb stick that is assigned sda1 with a directory opt would use boot code:
tinycore opt=sda1

Before using the boot code you would have to copy over the current contents of opt.

files to save are listed in /opt/.filetool.lst
