Title: tc 2.0rc1 usb-utils.tcel needed

This is just a request; usb-utils.tcel hasn't made it into the 2.x repository yet but hplip depends on it. Any chance of adding it to the list? Thanks!

The  one in the 1.x repository works fine for me in 2.x - I will get it copied across
