Title: thunderbird - update to 15.0, but there is still the 14.0 version in the rep

hi bmarkus,

i just downloaded thunderbird that was reported as updated to 15.0, but it is still the 14.0 version.

I just checked appbrowser, the info file states:
Version:        15.0
and
2012/08/28 Updated to 15.0
Maybe you downloaded it before the repository was actually updated.

thank you for your reply.

i deleted my thunderbird-14 manually twice,
and installed (download only) the thunderbird.tcz from the ftp.nluug.nl with the info-file version thunderbird 15.0,
rebooted and could verify that there is still thunderbird-14 labeled as version 15 in the rep.

at least in ftp.nluug.nl the package is different to its info-file.

Perhaps you caught the mirror as it was syncing?

now i manually deleted the thunderbird.tcz again and afterwards i downloaded it again
from the main rep http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/

also in this main rep the old thunderbird-14 (labeled as version 15 in the info file) is provided.
give it a try and you will experience the same, you will download a version 14 that is labeled as 15.

or is there someone out there who actually downloaded a real 15 version?

provides thunderbird in the version 14 labeled as 15.

i guess the updload of the new package didn't succeed?!

is there a mirror or a repository that provides the version 15 properly?
