Quote from WIKIPEDIA:
Telikin is a line of MSi-based all-in-one desktop computers distributed by Venture 3 Systems. According to the manufacturer, Telekin is aimed primarily at senior citizens who may not be comfortable using a traditional computer. It comes in two different models: a base model with an 18" screen, and an Elite model with a 20" screen. As of June 3, 2012 the base model sells for $699, down from the predicted price of $799 when the product was announced in fall 2011.
The operating system is a modified form of Tiny Core Linux that is developed by Venture 3 Systems. Applications such as the web browser, email program, and a basic office program are custom-made and built in to the operating system.

What wouldn't be legal?

Their machine includes non-opensource software in addition to Tinycore. Ripping and distributing their proprietary code would be illegal.
