i use it now for years ... it's very tiny, stable and can be used on different platforms.

Description
pwsafe is a password database command-line utility. Passwords are kept in an encrypted database.
Compatible with Counterpane's Win32 PasswordSafe ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/passwordsafe )

The last release was 2005...

..but posted nevertheless  :)
