Title: Extraneous file in root of libva.tcz

libva.tcz contains an empty file named libva.tcz in its root, resulting in a symlink to same in the filesystem root when the extension is loaded.

Not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things...

libva has been corrected for that issue and updated

I'll do an audit/update and grab it this weekend... Oh... or maybe just to a fresh instal with Core 4.7.  :)
