Could the pango and gdk-pixbuf2 extensions be updated to make them suitable for an eventual gtk3 tcz?

Amatcoder had said he would on May 25 in another thread, but it has been about a month.  So I will give it a go today.

Sorry, I should have mentioned it, but I've a feeling pango >=1.30 is required  :(

Oops, forgot to update the  info files, it is really 1.30.1.  Will do that now.
