 so... you know i have a big problem with ukrainian in Tiny.

Btw, SMF support (!) ukrainian! even on official site exists russian branch - http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=68.0

http://download.simplemachines.org/?languages;lang=ukrainian          - ua.language file.

as i read on some site it's need to switchon utf-8.

Is it possible?

I ask you because for now CYRILIC is CAN NOT USE neither Tiny nor even on forum!

So terrible situation!
Please help!

just ??????  on place of ru, ua symbols.....

i don't think this is just for tiny. i often visit from ubuntu, and i was unable to copy/paste cyrillic from the wikipedia article to this forum. it's the forum that doesn't support cyrillic, at least it seems that way. i know there are other things you want to do too but it wouldn't change the forum.
