Title: pc file missing from iso-codes extensions

Maybe I'm missing it, but it looks like /usr/local/share/pkgconfig/iso-codes.pc is missing from the iso-codes extensions?

It is not in, as usually it is not required for daily use and part of ...-dev.tcz

I can update the package and keep in iso-codes.tcz breaking rules as nothing else to put into iso-codes-dev-tcz :)

I guess in this case it could be in the normal extension  :)
