Hi Jason,
Seamonkey requies Xlibs.tcz to start. It's hard to encounter this problem because in most of the cases, a user load Xlibs.tcz prior to lauching Seamonkey. However, if a user run ssh -X to Core Linux, it might be more natually for the user to lauch Seamonkey without installing Xlibs and under that circumstance, Seamonkey won't start.

Ok, I will add it as a dep.
Better yet, I added it to gtk2.tcz's dep file. I one day plan to run a script to check for the need and add Xlibs.tcz to any dep files that need it, but given our recursive setup it will be a little more involved than my schedule allows at the moment.
