Looks interesting, gonna give it a try :) but however, you will need Duke Nukem 3D yourself, it cannot be redistributed with the extension.

Extension uploaded, instructions on how to use the Duke Nukem 3D external data in the info ;-)

active the console by pressing ~ and type god to become immortal duke.
