KERNEL gets replaced with the kernel version ( 3.0.3-tinycore ).
Therefore, the dep is mtd-3.0.3-tinycore.tcz

[nitpicking]
KERNEL gets replaced with the result of uname -r, so if one would use the 64-bit version of Core (of course on a 64-bit CPU) the required extension name would be 'mtd-3.0.3-tinycore64.tcz' and Core's utilities (e.g. 'tce-load') "know" how to handle this.
[/nitpicking]

I saw no point in getting too technical with him, and "3.0.3-tinycore" was revealed in the first post.
However, you are correct that it is the release and not version that is substituted.

gerald_clark yes it is my mistake

but gerald_clark tell me:
is /truecrypt.tcz file inside
truecrypt.tcz
and in
truecrypt.tcz.list
is another my misunderstand

That question is off topic for this thread, but you can see for yourself that there is and empty truecrypt.tcz file in the extension, and therefore in the list.
