Title: compiletc.tcz and mpfr.tcz

compiletc.tcz doesn't load mpfr.tcz which is need by default.

mpfr certainly used to be a dep of gcc - thanks for pointing that out, added back.

In fact the mistake was in the libmpc dep file - which should have been obvious since that's the one that changed recently - corrected again.

Thanks. I just made a test with 4.3rc1 and was supprised seeing 'Compiler can't create executable...' after installing compiletc.tcz due to missing mpfr
