Title: Missing dependency of gfortran-lib for octave

Hi there,

octave needs gfortran-lib because it needs libgfortrn.so.3; and otherwise it won't run. Currently, gfortran-lib is missing in octave.tcz.dep.

Added, extension maintainer let me know if not needed.
