Hello,
this chip support disappeared from the new wl-.. extension.
Info-File from this new wl-.. extension of 4.2:
Comments: Broadcom's IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n hybrid Linux device driver for use..
..with Broadcom's BCM4311-, BCM4312-, BCM4321-, and
BCM4322-based hardware.
The last wl extension seems to have supported this chip (a success is announced here in this forum).
Which extension support this chip now?
I could not make it working (after loading the wl-.. and blacklisting bcma, ssb and b43; samsung nc10 plus netbook with chip 14e4:4727).

Ref: http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php (http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php) for 5.100.82.112
These packages contain Broadcom's IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n hybrid Linux® device driver for use with Broadcom's BCM4311-, BCM4312-, BCM4313-, BCM4321-, BCM4322-, BCM43224-, and BCM43225-, BCM43227- and BCM43228-based hardware.
so it seems it should work - did you have the appropriate firmware loaded?
Edit: info files updated

firmware-broadcom.tcz was missing.
After it is loaded at boot, I can write now from my netbook connected via wlan.
