Title: No Wbar??

In both live CD mode and after HD installation, there's no wbar on my desktop. This is on a 1998-era HP Pavillion laptop with a native resolution of 800 x 600. I get the blue background and the white bar at the top, but no wbar. What's up with that?

Did you boot with boot option xsetup to specify 800x600?
