Title: TC4.1 - hdparm

hdparm is included within busybox and also as a separate extension.  The most obvious difference is the inclusion of wiper in the extension.  If wiper is not required, is there any difference between the two that might lead to choosing one rather than the other?

Features, typically. I can't name one though as I rarely use either.
