Title: finnish keyboard settings fail to work in x

Hi!

I'm a finnish linux noob doing some distrohopping. TC proved to be a challenge for an amateur. Although I managed to build a working system with frugal.

I have followed the instructions on TC FAQ, but so far keyboard settings fail to work in X.

In terminal fi-latin keyboard works ok, but not in x?

If anyone should be intererested in helping...?
