Title: Xorg-7.4-dev doesn't install.

FreeFontPath: FPE "/usr/lib/X11/fonts/misc" refcount is 2, should be 1: fixed.

What it does mean?

I installed so much of tces (20), may be it's conflict of tces?

or i must istall tces  only from appbrower online? I install it almost all locally...

This is apparently a "benign" error that you don't need to worry about...
