I'm using tinycore 4.0.2 and when tryed to start terminal server, got answer file /mnt/sda2/boot/bzImage does not exist.
Any ideas?

Because the kernel is vmlinuz.
-
ok, how to fix the problem?
-
Replace bzImage with vmlinuz in your boot config file.
-
Good point, tc-terminal-server needs an update.

There is vmlinuz in my boot config file :) Or did You mean tc-terminal-server conf file?
I'm not much of a linux guru so I expected it to work with basic configuration. Now I am a bit confused how to get it to work :S

As a quick fix, copy the kernel to /netboot/bzImage, and restart the servers.

Probably missing something (conf maybe), it didn't work for me :( I'm unable to find complete howto about tc-terminal-server configuration.

OK, problem with TFTP, got TFTP timeout. Probably wrong network configuration.
-
Got one terminal to boot, thanks :)
Now I'm having another issue. Another Compaq Evo D500 can't find the boot image (PXE-T01 error). Any ideas?

Hi andre
A quick search on that error message suggests that it comes from the server and is telling
you that the requested file can not be found. Try comparing the config files of the terminal
that booted with those on the Compaq.

The script tc-terminal-server at /usr/bin has been corrected to look for vmlinuz and will be in the next cut.
