Title: Xerces xml parser tcz?

How much work would it be to make an extension for the xerces xml parser? I can find the binaries (at http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-c/3/binaries/ (http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-c/3/binaries/)), but compiling a tcz is currently out of my league..
