Title: foomatic-rip - wrong owner of foomatic-rip

the same problem like with rastentogutenprint

occurred caused by the errors of foomatic-rip.
the error calls that the owner should be root of the file /usr/local/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip.
would you please change this ownership.
with this change the cups configuration based on gutenprint works fine.

I uploaded a modified version yesterday - did you update your local version?
