cmake.tcz is missing in TC 4 repo. Please add it.

I had left it out since it was toolchain dependent, which there was not one at the time of the copy over.

It is added to 4.x now.

Should be good now, used wrong wildcard when copying, didn't copy all the files.   At work and mind was on other things, but md5sum passes on the server now.
