Title: TCL 4.0 - where is getlocale.tcz? [SOLVED]
Post by: Zendrael on October 01, 2011, 11:37:25 AM
Hi all!

I need to install tinycorelinux in other language than english (I need it in brazilian portuguese) but I can't find the getlocale.tcz neither in the repos nor in the appbrowser...

Is there some other way now to use TC in other language?

Thanks!

It has not been tested on 4.x yet. edit: Appears to work fine, I'll copy it over.

Thanks curaga!

Just one more question: I installed TC on harddisk without grub... and now, how can I change the language?

Thanks again for yout attention!

Depends on which bootloader you used. Alternatively, export LANG works in .profile too.

Using .profile it worked!

I will try some other apps with my locale to see what happens!

Thanks!
